Pre-Order Information

Some games in our shop can be pre-ordered before they arrive at our warehouse. Pre-ordering secures your copy — here is everything you should know.

Expected Shipping Date

Every pre-order shows an expected shipping date on its product page. This is the date when you will most likely receive the game. In most cases this forecast is accurate, but please treat it as an estimate rather than a promise: production, freight and distributor schedules involve uncertainties that we cannot fully control. What we do promise is to work hard to keep our forecasts as accurate as possible.

What Happens If There Is a Delay

If we see that a game will arrive later than expected, we will inform you upfront as soon as we know. In most cases a delay is not much longer than the original expected shipping date.

Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Games

That is totally fine! Please note, however, that we ship your order as one complete package: it goes out once the pre-order with the latest expected shipping date has arrived at our warehouse.

If you would like your in-stock games shipped immediately, simply split your purchase into two orders:

• one order with the in-stock games — ships right away,
• one order with the pre-orders — ships once they arrive.

Payment & Price Guarantee

Pre-orders are paid upfront at checkout. The price you pay is final: to this day we have never had to come back to a customer and ask for more because a publisher raised prices — and we guarantee we never will.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Just email us at info@spielradar.com with your order number, and we will refund you in full — usually within 1–3 business days.
