Delivery Times

We process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day.

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU countries: 4–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Ukraine: 7–14 business days

Germany

Flat rate: €5.00 per order.
Free shipping on orders over €85 within Germany.

EU countries (excl. Germany)

Flat rate: €15.00 per order.
Free shipping on orders over €145.

United Kingdom

Flat rate: €25.00 per order.
No free shipping threshold for the UK.

Ukraine

Flat rate: €20.00 per order.
No free shipping threshold for Ukraine.

Pre-Orders

Some games can be pre-ordered before they arrive at our warehouse. Pre-orders are paid upfront, and every pre-order shows an expected shipping date on its product page. You can cancel any time before your game ships and receive a full refund. Orders that combine in-stock and pre-order games ship as one complete package once all pre-orders have arrived at our warehouse.
