Delivery Times

We process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day.

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU countries: 4–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Ukraine: 7–14 business days

Germany

Flat rate: €5.00 per order.
Free shipping on orders over €85 within Germany.

EU countries (excl. Germany)

Flat rate: €15.00 per order.
Free shipping on orders over €120.

United Kingdom

Flat rate: €25.00 per order.
No free shipping threshold for the UK.

Ukraine

Flat rate: €20.00 per order.
No free shipping threshold for Ukraine.

Pre-Orders

Some games are available for pre-order before their official release date. For pre-order items:

• Payment is only charged when the item is shipped.
• The estimated release date is shown on the product page.
• If the release date changes, we will notify you by email.
• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting us at info@spielradar.com.

Shipping Partner

We ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
