Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop spielradar.com between Aromohola GmbH (hereinafter “Seller”) and consumers or business customers (hereinafter “Buyer”).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to purchase. By clicking “Buy Now” or “Checkout”, the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs via order confirmation by email or by delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged additionally and are shown during checkout.

• Klarna (invoice / instalment)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

§ 4 Shipping and Delivery

Delivery countries: Germany, EU countries, United Kingdom, and other European countries.

Shipping costs Germany:

• Small: €2.90
• Medium: €4.90
• Large: €6.90

For orders with items of different size classes, the highest applicable shipping fee applies.

Shipping costs EU: €15.00 flat rate per order
Shipping costs United Kingdom: €25.00 flat rate per order

Free shipping from:

• Germany: orders over €75.00
• EU: orders over €95.00
• United Kingdom: orders over €150.00

Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–3 business days. International delivery times may vary.

Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Pre-orders and in-stock items cannot be combined in the same order.

§ 5 Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until payment is received in full.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the Buyer is entitled to supplementary performance. If supplementary performance fails, the Buyer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

§ 8 Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded unless gross negligence or intent is involved.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Jurisdiction for all disputes with merchants is Munich, Germany.
