What is the wish function and how does it work exactly?

With our Wish Function, you can request games that are not yet available in our shop. To do so, simply submit a new wish with the game’s BoardGameGeek (BGG) link — your wish will then appear on the public list.

You may also choose an existing wish from another user and support it with a simple upvote. Once a wish reaches 10 supporters, we’ll try to import the game and make it available on Spielradar.

Please note that you need an account to submit or upvote wishes. If a title turns out to be unfulfillable, we’ll mark it clearly so you know in advance.

Which countries do you ship to, and what are the shipping costs?

We ship within Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.

Germany: €5 flat rate per order. Free shipping on orders over €85.

EU countries: €15 flat rate per order. Free shipping on orders over €145.

United Kingdom: €25 flat rate per order (no free shipping threshold).

Ukraine: €20 flat rate per order (no free shipping threshold).

Why should I create an account?

Having an account unlocks several benefits:
- Access coupons and discounts that are only available through your account.
- Get an overview of all your orders and wishes in one place.
- Save shipping and payment information for faster checkout.

Of course, you can still place a normal order without creating an account.

How do pre-orders work, and when will I receive my game?

Every pre-order game shows an expected shipping date on its product page — the date you’ll most likely receive the game. In most cases it’s accurate, but it’s an estimate, not a guarantee: production and freight schedules can shift. If a delay comes up, we’ll inform you upfront as soon as we see it, and delays are usually short.

You pay when you place your order, and the price you pay is final. You can cancel any time before your game ships and get a full refund, usually within 1–3 business days.

You can combine in-stock games and pre-orders in one order — just note the whole order ships once the pre-order with the latest expected shipping date has arrived at our warehouse. If you want your in-stock games right away, simply place two separate orders.
