Build your hero. Spend experience on skill cards to specialize as an archer, orator, thief, or whatever suits your ambitions. Gear matters too: the right weapon, armor, or clothing can make or break a hunt, a heist, or a first impression.
Shape the world around you. Before you start, pick one major storyline for each of the three cities — attack investigations, wedding preparations, plague outbreaks, and more, mixed and matched for near-endless replayability. Beyond the big plots, side quests with local villagers offer extra rewards and texture.
Live in a breathing city. Visit armorers, sell herbs, rest at inns for food and rumors, clean up at the bathhouse, or seek absolution at church. Guards, drunks, and strangers roam the streets — some spell trouble, others opportunity.
