It is 1989, and nuclear war has driven humanity underground. In ASHES: Blackout Protocol, you lead a colony in the shelters beneath the ruins, rescuing survivors, expanding your network of bunkers and building the facilities your people need to endure.
Over three rounds of worker placement and resource management, you push Project Phoenix forward, the plan to bring life back to the surface. The player who gains the most points leads humanity's return.
