River Valley Glassworks Founders Edition is a colourful drafting and pattern-building game for 1–5 players, ages 8 and up, with a playing time of 25 to 45 minutes. Designed by Adam Hill, Ben Pinchback and Matt Riddle, it suits families and casual gamers who enjoy puzzly, low-conflict games. This Allplay Founders Edition is the premium English edition of the 2024 hit.
You play a woodland creature setting up a glassmaking shop. Draft glass pieces from a flowing river of tiles, but first you must play a piece from your inventory into the river next to the tile you want. Then the river shifts forward and reveals new options. Arrange your glass cleverly in your shop: complete rows and columns for bonus points, but beware of collecting too much of one type.
