We want you to love every game you receive from Spielradar. But if something doesn’t work out, no worries—here’s how returns and refunds work.

Right of Withdrawal

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items – no questions asked.

To initiate a return, just email us at info@spielradar.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made a mistake (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@spielradar.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—either through a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Opened or used games!
