In the early 20th century, luggage carriers called porters worked busily at railway stations across the land, carrying passengers' luggage from the station entrance to the platforms where trains awaited. In Railway Porters, you take on the role of a station porter, transporting passengers' luggage to earn tips. Passengers in first-class coaches reward you with special bonuses, and each of the six stations has its own unique character. Be careful — passengers will not be satisfied unless their luggage is delivered safely. Can you carry more luggage than your rivals and become the most helpful porter, appreciated by all your passengers?

Fast Simultaneous Play

The Head Porter rolls 2 dispatch dice for everyone. Then all players simultaneously roll their own luggage dice and place them on their station board — matching the dispatch die color according to the station's rules. You must place at least 1 die per round, or face a penalty!

The Roll Call — Continue or Not?

The heart of the game is the Roll Call. After everyone places their dice, the Head Porter asks each player: "Are you continuing or not?" Drop out early and score your points safely — but any remaining dice get passed to another player, giving them more to work with. Stay in and risk it all for a bigger score. With players answering one by one, every decision directly affects the next.

Each player's 3 station boards are double-sided, giving 6 sides total. Each game you'll play across 5 of them, each with different scoring rules and bonuses. Your strategy changes from station to station — master them all and find your favourites.
