Take risks, bid big, and outsmart your rivals in Big Shot, the classic auction and area control board game from Korea’s Playte. For 2–4 players ages 10 and up, with a playtime of 30 minutes, Big Shot blends economic strategy and tense bidding for a fast-paced, competitive experience.

Each round, colored cubes are auctioned off based on a dice roll. Win the bid and place your cubes in strategic areas on the game board—once an area holds seven cubes, it’s locked, and the player with the most cubes claims ownership. But beware: ties are ignored, so the lone cube may clinch the win! Manage your limited funds, decide when to take loans, and balance your investments. Loans provide extra cash but must be repaid at the end, reducing your final wealth.

When the game ends, tally the value of your owned properties—some areas can be doubled in value if you hold the right region’s doubler. After paying off all loans, the richest player wins and becomes the “big shot!”
