- Scope of Application
These terms apply to all contracts concluded between Aromohola GmbH and consumers via the online shop www.spielradar.com. Deviating conditions will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
- Conclusion of Contract
Product presentations in the online shop are non-binding offers.
A binding purchase agreement is concluded when you complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation email from us.
- Prices & Payment
All prices include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. For an overview visit our Shipping page.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card (via Stripe).
- Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany and selected EU countries.
Detailed information can be found on our Shipping page.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–3 working days within Germany. In the EU 4–7 days.
- Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

- Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
- Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Aromohola GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.
- Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
- Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.
