All shipping is made with DHL.

How We Determine Shipping Costs

We automatically apply the highest applicable shipping class to your order.

For example:

Ordering a Small + Medium game? → You pay the Medium shipping rate.

Ordering a Medium + Large game? → You pay the Large shipping rate.

This keeps things simple and ensures fair pricing based on the size of your total package. Note that the shipping price is flat. So adding games to your order does not cost extra shipping!

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Germany
• European Union countries

If you live outside the EU and want to order, drop us a line at info@spielradar.com – we’ll see what we can do!

Delivery Times

Germany: 2–3 working days (if order is made before 14:00. Otherwise add one more day.)

EU: 5–7 working days (depending on destination)

We ship all orders within 1 business day after payment is received.

Sustainable Packaging

We pack with care and minimal waste – no oversized boxes or unnecessary fillers. Just your game, safe and sound. Sometimes I use used cartons. They might look old but they still do the job. To reduce waste, I hope you don’t mind J
